Frenchmen's Cove Condiminiums

Frenchmen's Cove is Wayne-Metropolitan Community Action Agency's most ambitious community development project to date. With more than 21,000 square feet, this 10-unit, three-story, multi-family development features two models, the Chateau and the Chalet. Located on West Jefferson in the City of Ecorse, the three-story condos are based on an urban townhouse concept and feature amenities such as two-way fireplaces and a water front view of the Detroit River.

The multi-family residential project is made possible through a collaboration between Wayne County, the City of Ecorse, National City Community Development Corporation, Wayne-Metro and our subsidiary company Excellent Construction.

Units are still available for sale. For more information regarding the new Frenchmen's Cove Condominium Project, please contact Wayne-Metro's Corporate Offices at (734) 246-2280, ext. 37.
