Kaier Woods Subdivision


The Cape Cod.

The Kaier Woods development was started in October 2002 and was completed in September 2004. The twenty-six unit, single-family subdivision is built upon on land where the old Kaier Elementary School once stood in the City of Melvindale. This project helped to stabilize a mature neighborhood and raise property values while offering quality housing to new and existing residents.


The Large Colonial.

Kaier Woods, a $3.5 million project brought new housing to the City of Melvindale attracting new residents while increasing property tax values for the city's long-time residents and its schools.
