Employment and Training

Wayne-Metro's Employment & Training Program works to improve client job readiness and skill level. Employment counselors help to identify barriers that can hinder or delay employment and then develop Individualized Service Plans based on client goals. Intake Services/Service Planning begins with a one-to-one interview to determine eligibility, review applicable services, complete Service Plan and schedule participation in the E & T Program.
