Corporate Volunteer Council

The current economic crisis and poor job market continue to devastate our community. Steep cuts in funding and diminishing resources continue to put vital human services at risk, and in some cases are eliminating them all together. In order to sustain our mission, Wayne-Metro must rely on support and leadership from our business community to meet the growing need with shrinking supply. The agency's Corporate Volunteer Council is designed to provide concerned business leaders who would like to make a difference with an opportunity to do so. By lending their time and talents to our cause, they can help strengthen the community in which they do business now and in the future.

Separate from the agency's Board of Directors, the members of the Corporate Volunteer Council assists the agency in identifying and engaging prospective partners and avenues for collaboration to increase our capacity to serve.

Meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of every month at 9:30am at Wayne-Metro's Corporate Offices. For more information, please contact:
