Wayne Metro is presently managing the HUD Neighborhood Stabilization Programs (NSP) for the City of Lincoln Park and Canton Township.
*Please Note: Wayne Metro as an agency fully understands the Section 3 Clause as it applies to our NSP contracts with the cities of Lincoln Park and Canton Township and maintains full compliance including attempting to meet the numerical requirements of the clause as it applies to new businesses engaged with and new employees hired.
